Facility Maintenance and Renovation Policy
A Facilities and Maintenance Policy has been implemented to ensure that all maintenance and renovation activities are properly managed. The policy covers sustainable procurement for facility operations and renovation activities, waste management during renovations, and indoor air quality control throughout renovation works.
Enhanced Indoor Air Quality
The project meets minimum indoor air quality requirements by providing adequate outdoor air ventilation in accordance with ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2017, and is equipped with MERV 13 air filters to further enhance indoor air quality. In addition, the project monitors indoor air quality, including CO₂ and TVOC levels, to help ensure a healthy indoor environment that supports occupant health, well-being, and workplace productivity.

Environmental Tobacco Smoke Control
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Designated smoking areas are located away from all outdoor air intakes, preventing tobacco smoke from affecting indoor air quality and helping maintain and preserve air quality within the spaces.
